Police Investigate $350,000 Oyster Theft on New South Wales Mid-North Coast

Police in New South Wales are searching for suspects following the theft of approximately 400,000 juvenile Sydney rock oysters from a farm on the state's mid-north coast. The stolen seafood, valued at an estimated $350,000, was taken earlier this year from an oyster farm situated in Scotts Creek on Oxley Island. According to NSW police, the theft involved roughly 320 bags containing the juvenile Sydney rock oysters.
